19 March 2020

FEDMA staff is currently working from home till the 6th April and remains available to answer your questions via email.

In the light of the COVID-19 outbreak, many EU institutions have adapted their way of working. The European Data Protection Board cancelled their plenary meeting for March and is expected to hold their next plenary meeting on 21st-22nd April. The European Commission, Council, Parliament, as well as the two Committees have moved to majority teleworking. Commission and Parliament do not receive visitors. The Parliament cancelled its Committee meetings for the month of March, and moved all plenary sessions to Brussels until the month of July. Finally, the Council is not expected to resume its WP meetings before April; the European Council has moved to teleconference for its urgent meetings; while the ordinary meeting scheduled for March 26-27 will be postponed to a later date.
