B2B – Opt-in

It is not permitted to perform direct marketing by phone to corporate subscribers without their explicit or implied consent. Either the implied consent or the explicit consent is needed.

 

B2C – Opt-in

It is not permissible to perform direct marketing by phone to individual subscribers without their explicit prior consent.

Prior express consent is in both cases needed for automated calls.

On demand marketers must be able to prove the consent – therefore a documentation is recommended. In practice companies work with voice files or written confirmation.
