National Self-Regulation

Verhaltensregeln für Dialog Marketing ( Codes of Conduct) was created together with the Austria Economic Chambers and approved by  the  Austrian Data Protection Authority in May 2019. Its purpose is to determine more closely the implementation of the existing relevant laws, including GDPR and Austrian Data Protection Act (Österreichisches Datenschutzgesetz / short DSB)
