Karine Ysebrant de Lendonck: Bridging Creativity, Strategy, and Ethics
Karine is a transformational leader at the intersection of storytelling, media strategy, and AI ethics. With a career spanning executive leadership, media innovation, and organizational transformation, Karine has consistently demonstrated how creativity and technology can work hand in hand to drive meaningful change.
Currently CEO & Executive Producer at Milly Films International, Karine oversees the strategic direction and growth of a dynamic international film company. Her previous role as Head of Media at Publicis Belgium saw her lead large teams to success, culminating in the agency being named Agency of the Year 2023.
Karine is also a certified expert in AI & Business Strategy (MIT Sloan) and plays a pivotal role in shaping ethical AI practices. As an AI Ethics Expert at BAM (Belgian Association of Marketing), she contributed to the development of Belgium’s first AI Ethics Charter for Marketing, guiding organizations through the evolving landscape of human-machine collaboration and responsible innovation.
