FEDMA as the voice of the digital marketing industry is always interested in winning new members.
Direct and interactive marketing strategies are indispensable tools for companies to approach, inform and retain customers. As a result, the sector today represents an annual expenditure of over 60 billion euros and employs over 2 million people directly, and many more indirectly, within the EU alone.
Therefore national direct marketing associations (DMAs) are members representing users, service providers and media/carriers of dialog marketing. FEDMA also has more than 100 company members using dialog marketing techniques.
