Teleservices Council

The Teleservices Councilis a focal point for professionals from telesales, telemarketing, customer services, call centres and other use of the telephone for marketing. Its mission statement is to support FEDMA to protect users of Teleservices from potential negative publicity. The Teleservices Council also aims to provide information to the industry and the public at large, and also networking opportunities. Finally, it aims to promote the use of the telephone and other interactive media, in order to raise the status of telephone as a primary marketing tool, together with the people who use it.
