Welcome to the Postal Users’ Group Documents Toolkit. This section of the PUG sub-page is designed to help all users to convey the PUG message. In its role of representation platform for the some of Europe's largest users of postal services, PUG and the PUG members fully comprehend the  nature of the challenges ahead in the transposition process of the EU Postal Directives and regarding competition in the EU Postal sector.
