Main DM Trade Fair & Conference:
The bi-annual “Conference on Micromarketing” hosted by the University of Parma gathers marketing managers in the FMCG and retail sectors.

Books:
“E-Commerce marketing. Direct, database and Internet Marketing”, written by Cristina Ziliani and published by McGraw-Hill in 2001. This book is the result of an academic –practitioner cooperation. It covers privacy legislation, geomarketing and profiling, with a mix of theory and case studies.
“ CRM Web Call Centre in Italia”, Reference guide published by
Markab, Edition 2000. The main focus of the book is on technology, but there are some links to CCMC.
