The List Council - Covers all aspects of List Broking business – data protection, emailing lists, etc. Meets twice a year (at the US DMA in October and the IDMF in London in March).

Teleservices Council - Deals with all issues of relevance to the call centre business including do-not-call lists, predictive dialing, data protection, new telecoms systems (SMS etc), employment issues and training.

CRM Advisory Board - Set up to look at CRM issues, encourage training, best practice, exchange of views/networking.

E-mail Marketing Council - Established to develop industry standards for best practice in e-mail marketing, and to formulate a common industry position on spam and related issues.

Agency Council - A council launched to provide a joint forum for the direct marketing agencies to exchange views, best practices, and information.
